The owners requested a kitchen remodel and a change in the character of the street elevation while staying within a strict budget. The result is a transformation from shingle mansard façade to an elevation with an elegant presence on the street. Inside, new tall ceilings in the living spaces and kitchen transformed dark, cramped rooms into rooms with a spacious feeling, lots of light, and views.
